Day 3
Hey guys. It was an amazing day today! You are not going to believe what we saw in the zoo today. First we woke up and ate breakfast. It was an ordinary Swedish breakfast. Then we took a taxi to a small town, Yarralumla, close to the hotel. We saw many famous buildings on our way to the zoo. We saw one of the most visited building in Australia, the Sydney Opera House, but I´m going to talk about it soon. We were in the taxi for about 30 minutes and then  arrived to the National Zoo and Aquarium. The weather was so good so we both went to the zoo with t-shirts and shorts. Two tickets cost us 34.69 AUD, it equals up to 200 SEK, so it wasn’t so bad. First we went to the monkeys. They were so cute and funny when they jumped around among the trees. We later went to see the kangaroos; some of them even had baby kangaroos in their pouch. It’s normal to see kangaroos here, because it is part of Australia’s nature and a typical Australian animal. We also saw crocodiles, elephants, tigers, lions and other animals. We took a small break to eat something and then we went to the Aquarium to see the sharks and the fishes. It was really cool with the colours and the blue water. After a while we felt really tired and we just wanted to sit down and just chill. So we went to a place close to the zoo and sat there and met new friends from Sweden who also came to Australia to just to visit and have a little vacation, like us. It was 10 o´clock when we came home. We ate dinner in the lobby and now we are sitting in our beds and watching a series called, Pretty Little Liars.
